Who I Am
I am a Lead UX/UI Designer and Front-End Developer based in the Boston area. I graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) with a B.S. in Communication and a concentration in Graphic Design.
However, my journey with web design and development began well before college, with a beginner web design course at my high school. What started as an early interest quickly grew into a long-term passion for creating things for the web. Over the years, I have continued to explore the intersection of design and technology, evolving from visual and graphic design into UX/UI design, product design, and front-end development.
That evolution has given me a perspective that bridges the creative and technical sides of digital product development. I enjoy understanding how things work, solving problems, experimenting with new technologies, and finding ways to turn ideas into experiences that are both useful and engaging.
What I Do
I work at the intersection of design and technology, helping turn complex ideas and requirements into clear, usable digital experiences. My background allows me to move comfortably between visual design, UX, interaction, and implementation, while collaborating with the people involved throughout the product development process.
I enjoy working on challenging problems where there isn't an obvious solution, exploring ideas, testing approaches, refining details, and figuring out how a concept can become something real. I also increasingly use AI as part of that process, allowing me to explore and iterate more quickly while extending what I can accomplish across both design and development.
Although my focus today is digital product design and development, my foundation in graphic design continues to influence how I approach visual communication, typography, composition, and the overall quality of an experience.

Provide UX/UI direction across Zixi’s web and mobile products. Partner with product management and customers to gather feedback, define requirements, identify product opportunities, and shape new features. Advise product designers, developers, and product managers on UX/UI decisions, ensuring usability, consistency, and technical feasibility across products. Leverage AI tools across the design and development lifecycle, from feature ideation and wireframing through prototyping, implementation, code review, and QA.

Led the redesign of ZEN Master, a live video orchestration and telemetry control plane application, focused on improving application performance, usability, visual design, and overall user experience. Served as the primary front-end developer during the migration from AngularJS to modern Angular. Planned, designed, and developed new features using HTML, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Angular, and Node.js. Created interactive designs and prototypes and worked closely with product and engineering teams to bring new functionality from concept to release.
